The Table Group is the pioneer of organizational health. They started working with companies in 1997 to make work better for themselves and their clients and have grown to spearhead a worldwide movement around Organization Health.
Their goal was to make the world of work better for themselves, their clients, and hopefully one day for organizations all over the world. Their found Patrick Lencioni has written twelve books that have sold more than six million copies and been translated into thirty languages. They have trained more than fifty consultants who work with leaders in all kinds of amazing organizations across the world.
In 2020 they started a program called CAPA Pro, through which they want to train and empower more people to take organization health and its' benefits to companies across the globe.
