About Us
Zac Wilcox, the founder of Wilcox Consulting, has over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles across a variety of sectors. The majority of his career before founding this firm was spent in the not-for-profit sector. During that time he developed key skills in leadership development and organizational effectiveness that helped him make a transition into consulting.
In 2020 he joined The Table Group's CAPAPRO, and they taught and guided him in the nuances of consulting and of organizational health. He is passionately committed to helping others gain the health in their organizations that he has experienced in his own because he knows that it can be life- and organization-changing.
He works with clients across all sectors, some of his current clients work in churches, video production firms, and the housing sector.
